Planning assessment for Queensland sites

  1. Search for an address or lot on plan in a council covered by the data pack (Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redland, Gold Coast, Mackay).
  2. Check the zoning, overlays and constraints for that site.
  3. Generate an AI planner's report, or export a client PDF.
  4. Ask the AI assistant, or export a client PDF.

Needs the data pack, which you can download in Settings.

AI answers use your own Claude or OpenAI key (Settings). It stays on this phone.

    Search runs fully offline against the installed data pack.

    Map

    Opens in your browser. With an address loaded, the map opens for that address; otherwise it opens the general map.

    AI engine

    Site details are sent to Anthropic when using this option. Keys are stored in the system credential store.

    Your key stays on this phone. It is kept only in this browser and sent with each AI request; the server never stores it. Use a key with a spending limit.

    Backup

    Saves your saved and recent addresses, notes, checklist ticks, forms and settings to one file. API keys are never included.

    Models are downloaded once, then everything runs offline.

    Compare sites

    Pick 2 or 3 addresses: search to add one, or tick saved and recent ones. The comparison uses the proposal type selected on the site page.

    Batch address check

    One address or lot/plan per line (.csv or .txt). Each line is looked up in the data pack on this computer.

    Approvals by council

    The register for this site's council opens with the lot's address copied; paste it into the search box named in the message. Other councils open their register only. Councils without an application page show only their website. "Copy search term" copies the category for the register's keyword search.
